About Us

Goalgotha is an online coaching business that helps clients primarily strip the fat and gain muscle on their frame. We cater for each individual by providing them progress trackers, nutrition plans and training plans that are customised for each individual's goals and schedules. We also do weekly/fortnightly check-ins via Zoom and to keep them accountable and set new goals/targets for the week ahead. Finally, the client’s have 24/7 access to me via Whatsapp where they can ask questions, feedback etc.
